Weekly Check-In 11/28/2025

OK, weighing in the day after Thanksgiving was a bad idea. Honestly I can’t really blame Thanksgiving because I ate pretty crappy most of the week. I did not even track my calories yesterday though which will skew the numbers a bit. I have had a pretty full week with my family this week and because of that I did not make a lot of progress on most things. Next week will be my redemption arc.

Writing:

No progress here either.

Podcast (F’ing Up the Ineffable):

We recorded a pod on Monday about Wealth Inequality. I may have had a little to drink before recording and I have not had a chance to listen to it yet so I am curious to see if I can tell.

Weight loss / fitness:

Like I said. Weight number go up. Overall the stats were pretty bad. But that should position me for a much better upcoming week. I did get 4 weight lifting days in due to rearranging the schedule a bit but that means only 2 next week. Also, next week I measure with the tape again but I am not expecting much.

Current Weight 285.6 lbs (+4.8 lbs from last update/-4.6 lbs from start)

Average calories eaten per day: 2920 (+624) (and not even counting T-Giving… yikes)
