Weekly check-in 10/26/2025

Just got back from vacation in Destin, Florida, so didn’t make any progress on anything this week and that’s ok. I needed the downtime.

Coming up this week…

Band practice today. First time in about a month so might be a little rusty. Adding two new songs today so we’ll see how that goes.

Going to start walking 3x a week. My office has a 1k Pokémon Go route nearby so I am going to walk that Tues-Thurs at lunch while I’m in the office. Its a small distant for the week but its more than I’m currently doing and I may add more depending on time. I am also resetting my weights for lifting next weekend. I’ll give an update on how that’s going next week. I am also considering adding Yoga by following this playlist on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXU591OYOHA&list=PLui6Eyny-UzwxbWCWDbTzEwsZnnROBTIL That will be a Sat/Sun/Mon thing starting next week so stay tuned. I am also working on some better habits for eating. Going to try and prepare meals for lunch for the week today so I am not eating out and spending so much money while in the office this week.

For the Podcast, we have a new episode coming out this Thursday. It normally would have been last Thursday but, you know… vacation. We ran into some technical issues and 2 1/2 episodes we already had in the can got corrupted so we do not have as much ready as we thought. Hopefully we will be recording a new episode next weekend so we can stay on schedule beyond this week.

For writing and game development, I had lots of thoughts over the last week that I made notes on, so we’ll see what kind of progress I make this week.
